Chest of drawers with batch number 1014SDO have been recalled.
This recall has been initiated due to a counterweight problem which may cause the item to tip forward if multiple drawers are open at the same time. We are working on identifying which families have had items from this batch delivered to them. Families affected will be contacted regards organising an exchange for a new item. No chest of drawers will be issued until the fault is rectified in full.

TODAY marks the official start of Pinnacle Group’s contract to deliver National Accommodation Management Services (NAMS) for 49,000 Service Family Accommodation (SFA) homes across the UK, on behalf of the Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO). The high-quality customer services will be delivered by a specialist division – known as Pinnacle Service Families. The contract is for seven years, with an option to extend for up to three years.
