In total, we have a team of over 400 delivering a number of services to military families in Service Family Accommodation.
Our housing officers based across the UK. They’ll be there for set appointments like move in, the 14 day welcome visit, pre-move out and move out. Alongside this they will help you with more complex situations where you may need their assistance.
National Service Centre
We have a large team based at our National Service Centre near Liverpool where we receive contact from families looking for help with their homes.
Our repairs call handlers will take detailed notes of any issues with your home and then book an appointment with the Defence Infrastructure Organisation’s repairs contractors, who will attend to resolve the matter.
Our Home Services team is responsible for allocating homes to military families, in line with the DIO’s policies. They also look after administration around your home, such as pet requests and applications to run a business from home.
Our Customer Solutions team administers the compensation and complaints systems on behalf of SFA suppliers (VIVO, Amey and ourselves) and the DIO. Alongside this, they work to gather feedback from families to drive improvements in Service Family Accommodation.
